AnimeSL is a modern anime news and blog platform developed for the AnimeSL anime community in Sri Lanka. The website was built using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Sanity CMS to deliver a fast, scalable, and content-focused user experience.

The platform provides anime-related news, blog articles, updates, featured content, and community-focused media in a responsive and visually engaging interface. The design was created with a strong focus on readability, accessibility, and modern anime-inspired aesthetics.

One of the primary goals of the project was to create a mobile experience that feels similar to a native application. The mobile UI was carefully optimized to provide smooth navigation, fast interactions, and immersive content browsing for anime fans.

Sanity CMS was integrated to allow content creators and administrators to publish and manage articles dynamically without requiring developer support. This makes the platform highly scalable and easy to maintain for long-term content publishing workflows.

The website was optimized for SEO, performance, and Core Web Vitals using Next.js features such as optimized routing, image handling, server-side rendering strategies, and efficient frontend architecture. The project delivers significantly better performance compared to many modern media and blog platforms.

The project demonstrates modern frontend development practices, responsive design systems, CMS integration, scalable content architecture, and high-performance web optimization techniques for media-driven platforms.
